So behind on the blog. Here are tons and tons of beach pics when we went with my parents in September. This was by far the best year for the beach with the boys. No diapers, still afternoon naps but no rush to have to be back home at a certain time, and big enough to actually get in the ocean. The first day (or actually the first 30 minutes) they were a bit timid of the ocean, but once they got in they LOVED it. Luke let the water just wash right over him and he said he “wanted to stay all day”. Its always fun having my parents there for company and for help. Dan and I even got a date night out.
Amazing blue sky and clear water. A boy and his boat.
Luke is our little worker. He loves to dig and “work.”
JUmping waves
Hunting for sand crabs at night

Crashing into the waves
Sunset at the beach brings the best light. They boys were busy scooping up jellyfish that they didn’t even care about me taking pictures.
Paddleboarding and kayaking in the bay was a fun and new activity. Dan, my dad and I all tried out the paddleboarding.
Run till the light goes out!
Nothing like sitting down in the ocean with your nice clothes on.
Bumper boat and arcades: boy heaven away from the water.
Nathan taking it al in.
Showing off our muscles: this happens several times a day.
Luke truly letting the water rush right over him.
Luke’s soap opera pose.
