We started our letter crafts back up after the New Year. We talked about starting a New Year (convenient that we are on the letter "N") and we made a 2012 poster which I forgot to take a picture of. We also got a new calendar from the Highlights magazine for preschoolers(a Christmas gift from my parents)so we took some time to look at all the different months and wrote down everyone's birthdays. Our other crafts were making bird nests, a dragon for the Chinese New Year, and we glued stars and moons to black paper for the NIGHT sky. The books we read were about New Years throughout the world, Newt and Turtle, and Night is Nice.
Our verse was "No one can serve two masters." Matthew 6:24
