I am trying to instill a tradition of decorating our bikes for 4th of July. I grew up doing a 4th of July parade at our pool every summer and loved it. Luke loved doing the decorations and spent almost 30 min cutting and taping(with help) streamers on every inch of his bike. Nathan on the other hand spent about 2 minutes decorating and the rest of the time riding (at full speed).
Afterwards we had a popsicle break. The boys loved it to the last drop, even to the point of licking our brother’s belly to get his drops!!!
Some neighbors wanted to shoot some bottle rockets off and this one wanted nothing of the fireworks. He does not like loud noises. Poor baby. He actually did well during the firework show we went to that night because they were so far off in the distance.
