4th of July in rain and shine

IT was pouring down rain the first day of the lake so we just went with our friends to the Space and Rocket Center (free to get in with Mcwane Center Passes).   The big kids rode the space ride over and over again and loved it.  The rain stopped for a bit and we were able to walk all around and see  all the rockets.

That night the rained cleared and we were able to get out and do some fishing.  And fishing we did, Nathan and I caught 3 good sized fish!!!

Then we went down to the marina and had some good summer watermelon.  The boys love to look at the boats and we all love watermelon.
